Customer Review: Fun but not too easy
This model was fun to put together but the box saying “Fun” “Easy” and all you need is glue and paint is a little misleading. There are many, many steps and most kids will need their parent’s help to put it together. It does look good once it is assembled and my son did have a lot of fun painting it.

As far as model ships go, this is a great product for kids, because it’s not terribly detailed. The parts are well made; instructions are clear and concise. The box is very cute and makes a nice little storage case for the ship when it’s done. Over all, I’d say this is an effective and fun historical learning project for kids to do with parents or teachers. The price is very reasonable.
