Thomas & Friends Wooden Railway – Sodor Road Crew It takes more than trains to keep the Island of Sodor humming. From roadway vehicles to destinations and sets, there’s plenty of work and new adventures to be had off the rails.
The Sodor Road Crew helps to keep the roads on the Island clean. The sweeper truck has a spinning brush and “soapy water” to clean the roads, and the garbage truck features a lifting trash bin. Each vehicle measures approximately 3.5 inches long.

If your little one is into Thomas & Friends AND loves street trucks then this is the set for him/her!
On the Rubbish truck, the front part lifts over the top to “dump” the rubbish — just like the one who comes once a week on our street. The street sweeper doesn’t have any working/moving features but is still fun.

My 3 yr. old son enjoys playing with the road sweeper and garbage truck. He is really into street sweepers and garbage trucks right now. He selected this item himself with a gift certificate he received. They are a nice complement to his other Thomas and Friends wooden railway toys and he also loves to play with them on the rug on their own. He loves pretending to clean the streets. He also attaches them to his train cars to clean the rails as well!
