Homeschoolers I know recommended this clock to me. I’m happy I bought it. My son is seven. Prior to purchasing this clock, he had a hard time understanding how the minute hand and hour hand move simultaneously (with the hour hand slowly making it’s way to the next hour as the minute hand more visibly progresses). This clock addresses this problem. When you move the minute hand, the hour hand slowly moves forward (or backward). The Judy clock is solidly built, which I like. If you have multiple children, this will probably outlast the last of them! My son likes the happy color and the very concrete sense of movement of time. While I think this is rather expensive for a “learning clock,” I have to say it is worth the money.
