This is bear for hugging- it’s just the right size to fit against a child’s chest, and the paws naturally wrap around them. The fur and stuffing are incredible soft and wonderful to cuddle. Lots of detail work in the stitching and two-toned fur makes the bear beautiful as well.

He arrived quickly and in perfect condition! He’s now wrapped and under the Christmas tree waiting for our grandson to unwrap on Christmas morning! He received several grandmotherly hugs before being wrapped.

This is the most loveable critter ever created by Gund, and we have quite a collection here stored away for future generations. We brought a Gund Snuffles into our home in 1985, when my son was a year old. This teddy has traveled with us on every family vacation, and even spent an unexpected 4-months temporarily lost in Australia, and eventually shipped home to us by the travel agency. Now at age 27, my son still has this favorite teddy perched on a bookcase overlooking his bed. Five years ago we attended a cousin’s destination wedding in Key West. The 28-year-old bride chose her Snuffles bear to be the ring-bearer (carried on a pillow by a human escort).
