Customer Review: Broken boat shipped and HobbyTron will not return it
I purchased an item silimar to this one (the EP Racing 28 Remote Control Boat) as a Christmas gift for my husband. Well, lakes are frozen in the winter, so we could not try it. We opened the box in January to find that it was BROKEN. I called the company and they would do NOTHING. The return-by date had passed, and they would do nothing to help. It may be a nice product while working, but I am now out $60, own a broken remote control boat, and will NEVER buy anything from HobbyTron again. Be cautious if you do!

I bought the one in the picture but they send a yellow color. That’s ok, actually it was yellow what I wanted. This is an incredible fast boat and goes a long long distance. Battery last between 20 to 30 minutes, that’s a con with this boat. I might buy an extended life battery if I cand find one or one more for more time of fun. Great toy for teen and adults! Love it!
