University Game Impossibles Cow Country Puzzle CHOCKING HAZARD – CONTAINS SMALL PARTS – NOT FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3
Customer Review: No more cows!
** no spoilers! I won’t give anything away **
I don’t consider myself a puzzle expert. But I’d guess that most people attack puzzles the same way: finish the border, tackle the easy pieces, then fill in the rest while looking at the box plenty.
Well, forget about it. There’s no border, there are really no easy pieces, and there’s no box to look at to see how everything fits. So the start is very difficult. Your only real clue is the box cover. It doesn’t show what the completed puzzle looks like, but it does show you subtle difference between the cows and it confirms that there are some lines to use from the wood boards behind the cows. So you won’t have to try 749 pieces for every open spot (even if it feels that way sometimes).
I’d recommend it highly though. If you bought a puzzle called “impossibles” you knew what you were getting in for, and you won’t be disappointed. I think adding the extra five pieces was a little cruel, but I think that’s what they were going for!
