TDC Games A is for Arson Puzzle From the Alphabet Murder Puzzle Series, this jigsaw combines grueling puzzling with a murder mystery. First you must assemble two different 500 piece puzzles of before and after crime scenes. To preserve the mystery, no actual puzzle art is shown on or in the box. But that’s not all-the puzzle pieces for both puzzles are in the same bag! After you complete the puzzles, you read a mystery booklet and, using the evidence provided in the jigsaw puzzles, you solve the baffling murder mystery. Two 13 x 19 puzzles.
Customer Review: Flaming Caper
This was my least favorite, although I’ve only put together A, E, and F. The pictures for the 2 puzzles were so colorful and different, which made distinguishing them a bit easier, but not too easy. However, there was a dark patch in both puzzles that took about a week to figure out. The mystery that went with them was okay, with a couple fire based puns. It was not a hard case to solve with a few key bits of puzzle info to help.
If you don’t know which alphabet puzzle (A-H) to start with, I’d suggest skipping this one. It’s predictable and not nearly as funny as “F is for Feline”.
Customer Review: Fun puzzle
We’ve really enjoyed putting this puzzle together. To be honest, it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be to sort through the two puzzles. There are lots of vivid images in the puzzle, so it was pretty easy to get the actual puzzles put together. The mystery aspect of this puzzle adds to the fun. It wasn’t too hard to solve the mystery once we got the puzzles put together. We’ll definitely do more of this series.
