This toy required quite a bit of assembly. The material seemed satisfactory, but it was hard to get the figurines to seat well. Overall, however, our granddaughter spent alot time with it and continues to enjoy it.

Customer Review: Rebelde Mia and Miguel Giftset
My two chief gripes about these dolls is that 1.) they are not on poseable bodies and 2.) they don’t have new headmolds that would more closely resemble the head shapes of the actor/musicians they are patterned after.

On the plus side though, Mattel did attempt to adjust the headmolds they used to resemble the characters through the facial screening. Miguel’s flocked hair seems like an effort to copy the close cut and texture of the actor/musician. The uniforms are attractive. Overall, I am happy with this set.

This is one of the most beautiful Holiday Barbie Dolls; and I have them all. I love the way mattel is packaging their limited additions. I love to display my collection in my home and this way I can put her on a shelf or put her in my display cases. If you are a collector you should try and get this one. It is not really a doll to play with unless you buy two, but I love looking at her and when I have company they love looking at my collection.

Customer Review: Historically Inaccurate Barbie
My Russian wife told me point blank she didn’t like the doll. I surmised that this was because the attire was not historically accurate for an imperial princess, or so she informed me — at length. I knew in advance my wife wouldn’t like the doll, as she tends to be very, very fussy, like a Russian princess herself. I suppose that’s why I bought it for her. Of course, she appreciated the sentiment. I’m surprised Mattel got the outfit wrong, but how would I know?

I got this doll because one of my other barbie dolls, who wasn’t a doll of the world got chewed up by our dog. it was my first doll of the world and it is worth a million bucks. great for kids like me. this doll is for everyone.
