Customer Review: Do not buy this car!
This car is completely useless and a waste of money. The battery is very touchy and if it is not charged in a meticulous manner it will not work again. There is no where to buy a replacement battery. It took me almost a year to locate an email address and telephone number for the company,and I have had no follow through from their customer service regarding my complaints. Don’t waste your money!
Customer Review: Continual Problems
This was our son’s Christmas ’07 gift. We had it for three months when the car stopped working completely. We called Kid Trax, and they informed us that our motherboard was the problem. Since it was under warranty, they promptly sent us another one. Three months later, the same thing happened. We called Kid Trax again. They agreed to send us another motherboard since the corvette was still under warranty. However, this time, the customer service rep. accused us of misusing the car, e.g. driving the car up steep hills. We defended ourselves explaining that many other children on our street own Power Wheels vehicles and have not experienced ANY problems with their cars. It is now October, and our motherboard has gone out AGAIN. We are still under warranty, so we called Kid Trax. Our customer service rep told us that our account had been tagged with the phrase, “Drives vehicle up steep slopes” which is completely false. My husband argued with him, and we did get our third motherboard sent to us. The customer service rep. informed us that they will not send us a fourth motherboard. We will have to take it to a service center for repair.

Star Wars: Episode 2 > Darth Maul (Sith Training) Action Figure This is a Star Wars – Saga Phantom Menace Darth Maul (Sith Training) NIP Action Figure from the 2002 toy series. After rescuing Queen Amidala from the impending invasion of Naboo, Jedi apprentice Obi-Wan Kenobi and his Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn discover Anakin Skywalker, a nine-year-old slave unusually strong in the Force, on Tatooine. The heroes return to Naboo where Anakin and the Queen face massive invasion forces, while the two Jedi fight the Darth Maul and realize that the invasion is the first step in a sinister scheme by the dark forces known as the Sith.
Customer Review: A Nice Expanded Universe Figure!
Although we have already seen countless figures made of of Darth Maul, this one is worth a purchase. It is meant to depict him in training, Pre-Episode I. He comes in his classic black robes but with some snazzy red stripes for highlights. The tattoos on his face are exceptionally well done, showcasing every line. To bad Hasbro forget to paint the teeth! Maul’s classic double lightsaber is updated with a metal hilt and removable blades. The saber is OK, though I worry about the fragile blades snapping. The weapon is held in place by a low-strength magnet in Maul’s right palm. It is just strong enough to hold the saber in place; but you can’t really twirl it like the package shows. Lord Maul also comes with a well-sculpted Sith Probe Droid, with a clear base to simulate “hovering”. All in all, I would recommend opening this figure just for display purposes, since you can get some awesome poses out of him! Not a bad effort, Hasbro!
Customer Review: Very cool
There are tons of different Darth Maul figures out there. Some are a complete waste of money (POTJ Final Duel), but this one is worth picking up. The sculpt, red highlights, and articulation are worth it alone, but it’s the metal saber that makes this figure. Maul’s knee-cuts allow him to pose for battle or kneel in front of his master. The head is one of the best Maul sculpts yet -except that Hasbro forgot to paint his teeth. His open mouth is completely black. The action feature’s not that bad, but seems a tad uneccessary. The arm can be spun at the shoulder and wrist -it seems that one of these actions would have been sufficient enough. Two makes his right arm detract from the figure: it’s straight. Maul cannot hold his hilt with both hands. You can fake it by having him hold the very ends of the hilt in each hand, but it doesn’t look all that great. The metal hilt is nicely detailed, as are the blades, but they seem a tad short. The Sith probe droid is okay, but uneccessary. A Darth Sidious hologram would have worked better, and looks great on display in front of the kneeling Maul (you can find the hologram with either the Count Dooku or Lott Dodd figures). Overall, this one’s a keeper.

I looked everywhere for a Bob toolbelt and couldn’t find anything but this one. When I first got it I was impressed by how cute it was. BUT, it was a huge disappointment. The tools do not come in and out of the belt openings very well at all. The belt is a rubbery material and all the tools stick to it. (Which actually took the paint off the screwdriver the first time I took it out of it’s hole!) The belt was way too big for my son (22 mths old) and we had to rig it to fit him for Halloween. Then we tried to sew on our own velcro to make it smaller. That wouldn’t even work, because of the material the belt is made of. BIG waste of money. I ended up throwing it away because my son always wanted it on and it just wouldn’t work and he’d throw a fit. The helmet was the only good part of the whole thing. He loves it and it is actually a great size for littler boys! He got a different Bob toolbelt for Christmas that is great. It has a yellow fabric belt and a detachable buckle with Bob’s face on it that talks. It is wonderful and I would recommend trying to find it instead!

My daughter was 2 1/2 when she received this. She had been asking for a “princess computer” from Santa. 10 months later she still plays with it. It is great to travel with and is very durable (I lost count of the number of times she dropped it!). It has many options and I can already see that this will definitely grow with her.

This is a huge waste of money!! The screen is tiny, only about an inch, and the sound is distorted!!! I should have known better because the computer itself was small!! Please spend your money on something AMERICAN MADE!!!!

Customer Review: Disappointed
I bought this toy for my 4 year old son who enjoyed playing with it for a day. We made a mistake, as we thought we bought the one that lit up as well as made lightsaber sounds. This one doesn’t, but for the same price! This is basically a plastic cone that does not “spring” out to form, nor does it retract back in place (the cone gets stuck every time.) This was a waste of money, my son has more fun with sticks in the yard.

Customer Review: Great Protective Case
This case is great for protecting the player but wish it was in brighter colors so it wouldn’t show the dirt so easily, even black would be great. We also got the speakers, so the player is in the speakers most of the time so that both girls can hear.
Customer Review: Fun.
This product is very durable and great for car rides. The only problem I am having is being able to download music onto it. It does not seem to be compatible with my Vista which now makes it sort of a waste of money. It does come with a few songs, which my daughter has been able to listen to.

Customer Review: Cool concept – Flimsy Toy
The Star Wars Transformers line is a great concept for anybody (kid or adult) who loves both worlds. Unfortunately, the actual toys aren’t nearly as durable as they should be. I owned some of the original Transformers from the 80s and early 90s, and they were much sturdier than this. Both of Boba Fett’s arms came off the first time I tried to transform him – I could pop them back on with a little effort, but it’s discouraging that the toy should fall apart so quickly. Another issue is the folding of Slave 1′s engine area, where the final configuration seems to put stress on the plastic in ways that will cause eventual cracking.
