Customer Review: giant stuffed horse
We bought the horse for a Christmas present-of course the child loved it, but I thougth the quality was rather poor. It is stuffed with a different type of stuffing that makes a crunching noise…? The head is oversized for the rest of the horse, and again the quality is pretty poor.
Customer Review: Bad customer service from this wholesaler
I ordered this stuffed pony for my granddaughter’s birthday. With shipping, it was just shy of $100, which isn’t an insignificant amount.
The stuffed pony was delivered 2 days before Parker’s birthday, and it had a burst seam on it’s butt. Thankfully, it was on a seam, so my daughter was able to mend it with fishing line. She shouldn’t have had to do this, but it was impossible to return and get a replacement in 2 days. I e-mailed the supplier, told them the whole story, and stated that I deserved some kind of a discounted price or a discount on a future purchase, or there would be no future purchases from me. I got nothing in reply. I’ll never buy from this supplier again.
