World’s Largest Crossword Puzzle Measuring a full 7 feet by 7 feet and containing over 28,000 clues, it’s hard to comprehend that a crossword puzzle can get much bigger than this one. Hang this monster on your wall using the included double-sided tape, and then unleash your inner cruciverbalist. The puzzle’s challenge lies in its size; you have to consider the big picture, literally. Clues range from easy (“Ludwig ___ Beethoven”) to the moderate (“‘Whether one is or ___…’: Plato”), so it’s a great activity for one person, two people, or the whole family. I saw the World’s Largest Crossword in SkyMall magazine the last time I flew. Then, recently, when I got a new office at work that had a big empty wall that needed to be painted, I thought, “Let me try to get ahold of that crossword.” The order was shipped in a timely fashion and people are fascinated to see this monstrosity on my wall. The clues are neither too hard nor too easy. I am actually thinking about buying a second copy–one to display and one to keep folded up so I can work on it in my easy chair.
