Customer Review: So much potential unrealized
This product looked great coming out of the package, as noted was ready to go once the battery was charged for the truck and the AAs put in the hand-held controller. Battery charged fine, remote worked fine. This was a present for my 5 yr old. He accelerated the truck twice inside on Christmas morning. The second time as he drove it into the wall after five feet and the front left suspension arm broke. The truck had been driven 10 feet total… $95 dollars for a rc truck that lasted less than 30 seconds. There is no manufacture documentation included in the box and searching for Syma replacement parts for this truck is absolutely infuriating as there aren’t any. Apparently they make lots of rc helicopters but not trucks. Buying this truck was an absolute mistake and waste of nearly $100.
