Star Wars Episode I Electronic Escape From Naboo Skill and Action Game

71E3P1WWBHL Star Wars Episode I Electronic Escape From Naboo Skill and Action Game Star Wars Episode I Electronic Escape From Naboo Skill and Action Game When the Star Wars crowd sees this game, they’ll probably be reminded of Operation, that classic game where you use little tweezers to pluck body parts out of an unfortunate patient–every time you made a mistake, his red nose would light up and buzz. Although Escape from Naboo is quite similar, this time you’re replacing damaged ship parts to fix the hyperdrive on Queen Amidala’s elegant Royal Starship. The technology has changed a bit since the ’70s, and this type of game has only gotten better: you lift cool chrome parts out of Amidala’s 14-inch-long transport with futuristic forceps, plugging each piece’s cord into the hyperdrive as you try to beat a variable time limit. And, way better than a jarring buzzer, actual character voices from Phantom Menace cheer you on! –Paul Hughes
Customer Review: Star Wars Episode I Escape from Naboo Game
You have very little time to get the pieces into their proper places. Just getting the pieces in is difficult enough in and of itself. My son became very frustrated with this toy, so I played it for awhile with him to see if there was some way I could help make the process easier. I found it to be very hard to do as an adult. When they recommend this toy for ages 8 and up I would say that may even be too young. My son likes the way the toy looks, and the fact that you hear actual character voices, but as for playing with it according to the directions, this is something that rarely happens in our home.

Star Wars: Episode 2 > Darth Maul (Sith Training) Action Figure

41X7SFAJR7L Star Wars: Episode 2 > Darth Maul (Sith Training) Action Figure Star Wars: Episode 2 > Darth Maul (Sith Training) Action Figure This is a Star Wars – Saga Phantom Menace Darth Maul (Sith Training) NIP Action Figure from the 2002 toy series. After rescuing Queen Amidala from the impending invasion of Naboo, Jedi apprentice Obi-Wan Kenobi and his Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn discover Anakin Skywalker, a nine-year-old slave unusually strong in the Force, on Tatooine. The heroes return to Naboo where Anakin and the Queen face massive invasion forces, while the two Jedi fight the Darth Maul and realize that the invasion is the first step in a sinister scheme by the dark forces known as the Sith.
Customer Review: A Nice Expanded Universe Figure!
Although we have already seen countless figures made of of Darth Maul, this one is worth a purchase. It is meant to depict him in training, Pre-Episode I. He comes in his classic black robes but with some snazzy red stripes for highlights. The tattoos on his face are exceptionally well done, showcasing every line. To bad Hasbro forget to paint the teeth! Maul’s classic double lightsaber is updated with a metal hilt and removable blades. The saber is OK, though I worry about the fragile blades snapping. The weapon is held in place by a low-strength magnet in Maul’s right palm. It is just strong enough to hold the saber in place; but you can’t really twirl it like the package shows. Lord Maul also comes with a well-sculpted Sith Probe Droid, with a clear base to simulate “hovering”. All in all, I would recommend opening this figure just for display purposes, since you can get some awesome poses out of him! Not a bad effort, Hasbro!
Customer Review: Very cool
There are tons of different Darth Maul figures out there. Some are a complete waste of money (POTJ Final Duel), but this one is worth picking up. The sculpt, red highlights, and articulation are worth it alone, but it’s the metal saber that makes this figure. Maul’s knee-cuts allow him to pose for battle or kneel in front of his master. The head is one of the best Maul sculpts yet -except that Hasbro forgot to paint his teeth. His open mouth is completely black. The action feature’s not that bad, but seems a tad uneccessary. The arm can be spun at the shoulder and wrist -it seems that one of these actions would have been sufficient enough. Two makes his right arm detract from the figure: it’s straight. Maul cannot hold his hilt with both hands. You can fake it by having him hold the very ends of the hilt in each hand, but it doesn’t look all that great. The metal hilt is nicely detailed, as are the blades, but they seem a tad short. The Sith probe droid is okay, but uneccessary. A Darth Sidious hologram would have worked better, and looks great on display in front of the kneeling Maul (you can find the hologram with either the Count Dooku or Lott Dodd figures). Overall, this one’s a keeper.

Star Wars Electronic Tatooine Blaster Pistol

You’ll be ready for battle with the Electronic Tatooine Blaster Pistol. Pull the trigger and the laser pistol emits convincing firing sounds. Faithfully fashioned after the movie, this authentic-looking blaster pistol is poised for action. The distressed finish gives it a realistic battle-worn look. –Alison Golder

Star Wars Battle Pack: ARC-170 Elite Squad

41WFgAhYnlL Star Wars Battle Pack: ARC 170 Elite Squad Star Wars Battle Pack: ARC-170 Elite Squad A small number of the Republic starflett’s ARC-170 starfighters are crewedby the elite clone troopers, trained to go deep into enemy territory on the most dangerous scouting missions and raids. These squads undergo advanced “aggressive reconnaissance” training taught by Advanced Recon Commandos to equip them with the skills necessary to survive the varied and treacherous mission profiles to which they are assigned. The ARC-170 Elite Squads served with distinction during the Outer Rim Sieges, providing crucial intelligence and support during campaigns on the major Separatist homeworlds. This exclusive Star Wars Battle Pack was available for a short time in late 2007.
Customer Review: Clone Squad Expansion
Star Wars is a toy machine franchise. No matter how little screentime a character received (if any) there will surely be a toy made for them. This assortment of the ARC-170 squad features two re-painted Clone Troopers with little flame designs on their shoulders and are a welcome edition to your growing Clone Army. Next is an astromech droid that makes the bold choice of brilliant purplish blue with red dome color scheme thus proving they can take a regular R2-D2 figure and by slapping different colors on it, continue to sell it. Also included are two ARC-170 pilots. Basically this is not a good figure aesthetically. Even when they were sold individually, the uniform is bland and the paint on the head/face is terrible. So unless are build a massive Clone Army diorama, the pilot figures from this set will be relegated to the toybox cantina (along with the likes of Queen Amidala in formal dress, pregnant Padme, break apart Grievous, and Muftak), rarely seeing the light of day. The graphics on the packaging is great so if kept in box, it looks much better.

Star Wars CommTech Reader

713T4MBBH5L Star Wars CommTech Reader Star Wars CommTech Reader May the voice be with you. And since this baby is equipped with a belt clip, the voices of all the Star Wars: Episode I basic action figures can be with you wherever you go. Designed to resemble Qui-Gon Jinn’s Jedi comlink, this memory module serves as a minicomputer that allows you to scan the CommTech chips (included with all of the action figures in the series), which record the characters talking in their own voices. Included in this package is a chip with sound bites from Obi-Wan, Jinn, and the infamous Jar Jar. Special features include buttons triggering the sounds of blasters and lightsabers, as well as a computer mechanism for communication between select characters (the unit retains memory of the last chip scanned). It was probably only a matter of time before dolls would be encoded with microchips so they could talk to each other, and special equipment would be required to listen in. For now, hearing Mr. Kenobi exhort, “You will be a Jedi, I promise” is pretty cool. But can Queen Amidala’s “I order you to collect all 13 of my Star Wars colleagues” be far, far behind? –Tony Mason
