Customer Review: One of a kind
I have had this puzzle for some time. I enjoy assembling puzzles and this one is a great addition to my living room as it is custom framed. I have it hanging next to my 40″ LCD screen and it is taller than the t.v. I get alot of nice comments on the creativity of this idea and it is a stand out piece of artwork in my home. I have other framed puzzles through out my home and some of my favorites are the walt disney photo mosaics. This is a fun puzzle for any fan of New York City, and depending on the time put in it dosent take long to put together.

Customer Review: Good idea, but not very sturdy
These puzzles are pretty cool, but kind of tough. The instruction page with the answers is basically useless; I was only able to decipher enough information to be considered a “hint”, rather than an answer. Also, the metal on the puzzles themselves is a little weak. Someone could definitely bend them if they tried.

I probably wouldn’t recommend this to the easily frustrated, or for a high-use/high-abuse environment. Otherwise, though, the puzzles are kind of cool.

Customer Review: Great puzzle, low quality book
We love this puzzle and we already loved the book (from the library). But we were disappointed by two things. One is that the book is a very flimsy copy. It’s like a comic book and very small. I wish I had just bought the actual book separately. Also, our puzzle came missing one piece. I’ve never had that happen. It’s a piece of Uncle Sam’s body. We can do it without the piece, but it’s diappointing to not have a complete puzzle. Very strange that it came without that one piece. The pieces were in a sealed bag and all, but it wasn’t in there.

The book included in this set is fabulous. The game, by the same title, is even better. They both make the puzzle great fun. All of my children love it. Author Laurie Keller has made geography come alive in our home. Even our one year old knows and recognizes many states!

Customer Review: Money Puzzle
I purchased two of these to give for Christmas. I expected the recipients to take alot of time to solve the puzzles, and provide entertainment to other family members for most of Christmas day. However, it only took them about 10 minutes each to open the puzzles using a magnet to move the ball bearing through the maze. I was very impressed. Either way, this is a great idea to wrap up a gift of currency or a gift card. Highly recommend it.

My 3 year old loves this puzzle. I didn’t think he was ready for this, but after some practice he can now put it together by himself. I was slightly annoyed that some of the state capitals are not in their correct location (for example, Sacramento, CA is shown a little east of San Francisco).
