So it’s Christmas Day and I assembled this for my 4 year old son. He loves the plane and it’s stood up to being hurled around the house this afternoon. This is pretty impressive given the point of Lego is to construct different models, rather than be tough in one configuration. The wings on the plane are really impressive, both for the folding action and their strength. The landing gear also was pretty cool. Funnily we both had fun with it today – I enjoyed my trip back to childhood in building it, and he both enjoyed finding pieces and then flying it around the whole house. Can rarely miss with Lego.
Customer Review: Great 3-1 lego set. Many useful parts
The best thing about this Lego set is that the parts provided are very versatile and can be used to build many things, not just the 3 models for which their are instructions. Each model is pretty nice, but the jet fighter with articulating wings is the highlight. The helicopter does not use all the parts, and the hovercraft isn’t as cool as a flying machine!

Purcahed this same doll for my 4 year old daughter who wanted more than anything to see the purple tail “change” color. It didn’t do diddly sqwat. Nothing changed color. I tried warm, hot and cold water and still…nothing. Bummer for my little girl. Will not be buying the other colors in this mermaid doll.
