Lego Star Wars Set #7144 Boba Fett’s Slave I
Lego Star Wars Set #7144 Boba Fett’s Slave I Fans of the original Star Wars trilogy will enjoy re-creating the ship of Boba Fett–the notorious bounty hunter who pursues Han Solo across the galaxy–with this 165-piece LEGO set. The set’s illustrated instruction booklet provides step-by-step directions for assembling this multicolored, LEGO-style replica of Fett’s Slave I starship, and additional illustrations on the back of the storage box provide ideas for your own original configurations. Along with a Boba Fett figure, wearing a sinister-looking green helmet and backpack, the set comes with a large LEGO block where the unfortunate Han Solo appears to be frozen in carbonite (as seen in The Empire Strikes Back). Customer Review: ESB Slave I
Great set. The Boba Fett figure and the Han Solo in carbonite brick are great. Only two gripes; Boba Fett’s head brick is a plain black piece, and the ship has only forward blaster cannons. In the movies and comics, it has cannons, torpedoes, and ion cannons. Overall, a must get for Fett fans. I also reccomend the Episode II Slave I set.

Customer Review: Cool concept – Flimsy Toy
The Star Wars Transformers line is a great concept for anybody (kid or adult) who loves both worlds. Unfortunately, the actual toys aren’t nearly as durable as they should be. I owned some of the original Transformers from the 80s and early 90s, and they were much sturdier than this. Both of Boba Fett’s arms came off the first time I tried to transform him – I could pop them back on with a little effort, but it’s discouraging that the toy should fall apart so quickly. Another issue is the folding of Slave 1′s engine area, where the final configuration seems to put stress on the plastic in ways that will cause eventual cracking.

Customer Review: Fell apart right away
We bought this for our 7 year old who loves Star Wars and Boba Fett. It was missing a piece when we first opened it. The first time we tried to “transform” it, it broke. We sent it back to the manufactuer, and it was months before we heard back that they weren’t making it anymore so they would send us something different in it’s place. Our son was very disappointed. I’m surprised to see it for sale again after all of that. I wouldn’t recommend this unless you didn’t ever want to play or transform it.
Customer Review: Poorly designed and fragile
This toy arrived broken. The shoulder joints are poorly designed and extremely fragile. One was broken upon arrival (in intact packaging) and the other broke immediately upon attempting to transform from vehicle to figure. Don’t buy it unless you aren’t planning on having a child play with it.
