Don’t buy a 2-channel RC helicopter. You want at least a 3-channel with proportional control (so you can control the up/down movement) like this one.

I believe this Syma S003 is the updated version of Syma V3. It is a very nice model because it looks realistic and it has a nice design with well-crafted details.

Customer Review: Don’t bother!
This Airhogs R/C toy is the 2nd one we have purchased from this company….we also have the storm launcher and both are very disappointing! This is the last time we will waste money on this type of toy by this company….quality, we feel, is not good at all….the stirofoam doesn’t hold up at all….our son got it as a x-mas present and unfortunately was disappointed in the lack of excitement…maybe the plastic ones work better…who knows. We also had a problem w/the charger.Seems the charger would not charge the helicopter…light would turn on when you first hooked it up, but went out shortly….we thought it was the batteries in the charger….so we replaced them but kept having the problem….very frustrating for both son and parent!
