Wearing a slim-fitting traje de luces (suit of lights), the traditional costume of toreadors, 12-inch Barbie is ready to dazzle crowds and bulls alike! A high-collared lacy white blouse offsets her black and metallic-gold cropped velvet vest, ornate bolero jacket with dramatic epaulets, and slender fitted pants. She’s got hot pink socks tucked up beneath her capri-length pants; flat black pumps finish the look (though Barbie’s high arches and pointed toes were not exactly designed to keep them on!). The traditional broad-brimmed toreador’s hat is stitched on at her temples, partly concealing her neatly upswept dark hair. A dashing red cape, sewn to her sleeve, cascades in folds to her feet. She can be displayed on the included stand or repositioned freely with her rotating neck, torso, shoulders, hips, and jointed knees.
