Love, Love, Love Melissa and Doug products. When you order Melissa and Doug you know you will be getting a quality product. This board is larger than what I thought it would be – so check out the size. My kids love to compete with one another to see who can make tic-tac-toe first. Product is durable and has an old time feel and look. High-Quality. Check out their other game boards- we have Pick up Sticks, Mancala, Jacks in a Box, and Marbles and I would recommend them all.

Cute, my daughter loved it and I have been a fan of many of the Melissa and Doug products I have purchased in the past. The main problem was that I ordered a pink armoire and received a white one–now this is actually better, and matched the rest of my daughter’s doll furniture, but it wasn’t what I ordered, in fact there wasn’t an option for a white armoire. The other minor complaint is that the back of the drawers come off easily because of the design–a bit of wood glue and we were all set, but a bit of an annoyance.

Customer Review: Excellent choice!!
I was more than pleased when we opened this and put it together Christmas Eve for my goddaughter. She could not wait for us to finish and was sitting at the table before we could even put in the last screw. We were all surprised at how sturdy the chairs were. The grandfathers and grandmothers took turns “having tea” in the extra chair. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for “kid size” furniture.

The parents are high on “girl power” so there is a non-sexist attitude about appropriate puzzles for their daughter. Dad is very interactive with his daughter when they do this puzzle together.

We bought this puzzle for my 2 1/2 year old and she absolutely loves it. We bring it with us everywhere (restaurants, grandma’s house, etc.) and it keeps her busy time and time again. It is a great developemental tool and extremly durable. We were very happy with the value we received for the price we paid. I would definitely recommend this product!
Customer Review: Disappointing for a Melissa & Doug Product
Let me preface this with how much I like Melissa and Doug products overall. My grandchildren have many M&D toys and this is the first that hasn’t been great. It’s a cute puzzle, and my grandchildren loved the animals on it, but I’ve never seen a puzzle where the pieces were so hard to get apart. Within the first 15 minutes of two little girls playing with the puzzle, many of the edges frayed just from trying to get the pieces apart. You might say, “They picked at the paper edges,” but no, I was sitting with them and that was not the case. After two days of play, almost all the paper edges were frayed to some degree. This one will soon have to go in the trash. It’s not worth my time and effort to return it.

Customer Review: Excellent puzzle
When i opened the box and saw this puzzle, i was so impressed with the quality and durability. The colors are vivid. the pieces are not tiny and thin, they are a good size and very thick, can take abuse. My step-grandson loved it. The best part, he can’t destroy it, he is very hard on his toys, but this will hold up. I would buy Melissa and Doug products again and i would recommend this product to anyone. Excellent puzzle and great price.

These puzzles are super cute and durable. I bought it for my 3 year old who loves puzzles and can do the 24-piece ones, but he’s not quite ready for the 48-piece.

My 21 mo daughter loves to just stack the blocks randomly but seems to enjoy the pictures when we put it together. The only negative about them is that the pictures seem to be stickers that are adhered to the blocks, so practically everyone seems to be peeling up around the edges. Customer Review: Knock-off , not name brand!
I want to say first that I LOVE Melissa and Doug products. They are very durable and grow with my son developmentally. My problem with this product is that what I received was very clearly NOT a Melissa and Doug puzzle. It very much resembled one until I picked up the puzzle pieces and discovered that they were nothing more than raw wood cut-outs w/ stickers on top! There was not one drop of paint on the pieces! The board was nicely painted and has the Melissa & Doug ‘logo’ on it like the others that I have, so I am not sure at all what went wrong w/ the pieces.
Customer Review: An awesome buy – a sure winner!
Got this for my little girl at 14 months old. We’ve owned it for 2+ months now and she still plays with it EVERYDAY! At the beginning, she only takes the pieces out and walks around with them. Now she’s taking them out and could recognize which animal goes where and attempts to fit it back into their spots. The edges are very smooth and the pieces are very easy to grab for little hands. Brightly colored is surely a plus ( the picture represented here is pretty accurate in color of item that you will receive).
