LEGO BIONICLE Visorak Vohtarak

41CQJZ0C80L LEGO BIONICLE Visorak Vohtarak LEGO BIONICLE Visorak Vohtarak In recent Bionicle lore, the Visorak are spider-like creatures who have taken over the city of Metru Nui and encased it in a shroud of webs. When the Toa Metru reappear in the city, the Visorak attack and their poisonous venom strips the Toa of their mask powers, forcing them to rely on their spinners as weapons. This 47-piece model builds the Vohtarak, a vicious species of Visorak that fires paralyzing poison from its deadly pincers. The detailed instruction book with three-dimensional color diagrams is invaluable for sorting out the model s pieces and putting the Vohtarak together. Once constructed, the model has a ripcord that, when pulled through the Vohtarak s spinner, launches it up to 50 feet in the air. The ripcord also activates this Visorak s pincers to open and close. This model requires the skill level of an older child or adult. –Cristina Vaamonde
Customer Review: fun and durable!
My son first expressed interest in bionicles at 4 years of age. Four years later, he’s still going strong. Since they put out new models yearly, there’s always something new for him to look forward to, even in the low/moderate end models.
The pieces are tough; he’s broken virtually none. Also, the parts are interchangeable, regardless of bionicle size. My son and his friends have a lot of fun taking finished bionicles apart and building new ones out of their imaginations.
Concerning the level of difficulty putting them together: I think 7-11 years is correct. My son and some of his friends could put the models together by themselves by the age of 7; other friends still need a little help at 8 and 9. It just depends on the child!
Overall, these have been a great buy; my son’s enjoyed untold hours of playtime with them over the past 4 years, and I anticipate his enjoying them for sometime to come.
Customer Review: Love it
I bought it for 8 years old boy and start to play with it instantly. He love it and shared with his friend.

LEGO BIONICLE Visorak Boggarak

Customer Review: Some of Bionicle’s best
At first, I wasn’t too keen on any of the Visorak. Thier big body shells don’t seem to work well if you like to mix your Bionicle sets and make your own creations. But, I got one anyway (my wife knew I would!) and immediately changed my tune. First off, the figures are big and cool looking. Lots of detail! The pinching jaw feature works very well, and putting it together made me feel like some kind of smart engineer (which I am not). Some Bionicle figures do not launch their spinners very well. Not the case with Boggarak! You’ll have those spinners soaring through the air in no time! So… don’t use near carpets or furniture or you’ll never find the little spinners again. They fly VERY high and far, so consider that a warning. Otherwise they are alot of fun to build and look at, lots of play value, and good potential for combining with other Bionicle or LEGO Technic sets. Give ‘em wheels and make a Visorak car! Fun!
Customer Review: Please do not overlook this wonderful line of toys!

LEGO DUPLO Thomas & Friends – Toby at Wellsworth Station

51LuuoikGQL LEGO DUPLO Thomas & Friends Toby at Wellsworth Station LEGO DUPLO Thomas & Friends – Toby at Wellsworth Station In the loveable railroad lore of Thomas the Tank Engine, Toby is the elder statesman of engines, doling out advice to the younger denizens of Sodor. Part of the Thomas the Tank Engine Duplo line, Toby at Wellsworth Station contains 18 colorful pieces to help Toby the Tram Engine go about his day. Setup is clear and easy, and most pieces are big enough for little hands to manage. This simple set includes charming Wellsworth Station, with its awning-shaded platform, clock, and working window. With an animated face and can-do attitude, Toby rolls along on six smooth wheels on any hard surface–a bonus, given that the set only includes 2 lengths of train track. With an eye toward expandability, Toby also comes equipped with clips to link to other members of the Thomas Duplo railway line. The pieces are fairly simple to assemble (Toby snaps together in three steps), but adults may still need to help younger ones with setup. As with all Duplo products, the design is customizable and compatible with other Duplo sets, allowing Toby’s changing landscape to encourage imaginative and constructive play skill development. –Heather Lyndon
Customer Review: Great Toy, Great Service
My son loves the toy, it was the only part of the Thomas the tank engine LEGO’s that he did not have. I searched every store in our city and no one had it. This was one of the few online stores that had it in stock and at a great price! Fast service also!
Customer Review: Mixed-up Toby
I am writing to inform you that my 3 year old son, Kevin, alerted me to the fact that he believes Lego Toby is not snapped together correctly in your photo; the number “7″ needs to appear in the center of the tram engine. The rear piece is misplaced. Thank you! Does he get a prize??!!! Sincerely, Beth King and Kevin King (age 3)
