The product was wonderful and the person running the site was even better. His customer service is superb. The original item although listed in stock was not and would not be available until after I needed it. I was called to ask if a substitution would be accepted and I was given a few choices similar to the one I had originally chosen. There was no additional cost to me although the substitution was of greater cost. I would definately shop this site again.

Customer Review: Smaller than expected
I must say that the dog in bag is cute. The quality is ok but somewhat disappointed with the size. The item’s measurement was probably taken when the bag was flattened and not popped up like in pic. Nonetheless, my 8 yrs old daughter was thrilled with the dog in bag concept and did not mind the size.

Customer Review: So cute, it made my teeth hurt just looking at it.
I bought this as a gift to a girlie friend of mine for her birthday. She absolutely loves it. Once it arrived, I was surprised by just how soft the fur is on the hippo. It’s really delightful to the touch. The toy is very floppy in its limbs, so it’d be great for kids to sleep in bed with at night. With how soft the toy is, I’d be worried about it going through daily youngster abuse. Though with proper care, it should last for years. This toy’s face is so freaking cute I almost grinded my teeth down to their nerves in glee. Awwww…Good stuff.

Customer Review: My daughter’s best friend
Last year we were in Tyler, TX and found Cheeky Charlie. My daughter fell in love with him at first site. She was 11. Charlie has gone with us through a divorce and a custody battle. He has never left her side except for school. My husband and I decided that maybe Cheeky Charlie, aka as Charlie needed a friend. I was so pleased to be able to find one on Amazon. I paid for rush delivery and he was here in just a few days. Now Cheeky Charlie, the new one has become “Bob”.
Cheeky Charlie is a friend to everyone, no matter what age. He is very durable. I know this from him being carried everyday by an arm or leg.
