One of the most popular TV sitcoms ever since its first edition in 2003, two men and a half has Charlie Sheen, Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones. Charlie Harper (Sheen) is a playboy bachelor of 40 years with a successful career writing advertising jingles. Unfortunately for him, his lifestyle is cramped when his brother Alan (Cryer) is divorced and forced to move with him, bears his son 10 years, Jake (Jones). Alan is a bit ‘nervous when Charlie is and more than a little’ jealous of his lifestyle. Charlie, on the other hand, emblazoned its hedonism and disregard for the commitment, so as not to end the embarrassment of Alan and his son. Throw in a fiery smart, but wise ruler, a neurotic ex-wife, a stalker ex-girlfriend and himself occupied, unsuspecting mother and the dish is mixed with some pretty funny if sometimes risque comedy. Some of this as “the show is usually put fearlessly and relentlessly skewer the life of the hipster and the Geek,” but others “are so tired of seeing a middle-aged man with a bunch of dumb girl child.” The play is indeed to be without fear, because the series is so popular. The easily offended might want to avoid you.
