Customer Review: Fast Flyers a Winner
This is a terrific set and a good value. The main model is essentially an F-14 Tomcat carrier based air superiority jet fighter, and it’s a fantastic model, with retractable landing gear, movable wing flaps, and variable swept wings that really work. This Creator set is a 3-in-1, and I prefer sets with more models, both instructions and ideas, for more building value and satisfaction for the money, but still a GOOD value overall. Also builds a hovercraft which was less cool and a little fragile, and a helicopter, but with no landing gear. The alternate models are not nearly as good as the main model jet, but I like the jet enough to justify a strong recommendation for this set! It’s the cutest, coolest helicopter we’ve ever seen, and it fits quite literally in the palm of your hand. Any smaller and you could fly it inside of a teacup! The Intelli Heli works great outdoors on windless days. But the real beauty of this wee whirlybird is that it’s small and lightweight enough to fly indoors safely. In fact, you never even have to get up off the couch! The three-channel infrared console gives you precise command and control over the hovercraft. With your capable thumbs jiggering the dual joysticks, you move the twin-rotor chopper up or down, left or right, forward or backward. You’ll quickly get the hang of maneuvering it — on a flight path of your creation. It’s a thrill a minute! Your heart pounds harder. Your breathing quickens. Your muscles tense. Then use the geared lever to open the front doors and unload at your distant destination. Turn the gear to lower the ramp to drive the car onto the ferry then raise the ramp to set sail. Unlatch the front doors, turn the gear to open the doors, and drive the car off of the ferry. Ferry is on wheels so it can move in any direction.

Set includes a car with trailer attached to load onto the ferry, and comes with instructions to rebuild into a transport hovercraft or a cargo plane. Ferry measures 16″ long and 5″ wide. 1,279 pieces.
