Earlyears Spin-tacular Play Center
Average Rating :

My grandson 9 months old playing with this toy since she was 5 mos old, sitting in his chair. It sticks better than any other toy that sucker – moisten the bottom of the cup with hot water and press firmly on a clean, dry surface. It has many rotating and spinning options, his attention, while we get his meals prepared, and then for some 'play quietly hold "after so you can clean! Has finally come down, but remains, at least for a long periodand is very resistant, so it is to survive and throws – I think it is better than resistance, because the cup is actually larger than the base of the toy!?

Puzzle Glue
Puzzle Glue Jigsaw puzzle glue protects and saves your jigsaw puzzle. This muti-use glue is perfect for keeping your puzzles intact or for any kind of arts and crafts projects. Dries clear. Easy, re-usable applicator included.
Customer Review: Puzzle Glue
This is my first time using puzzle glue. The glue was easy to use and was an easy clean up. The glue is applied using a white thick paper tool. The only disappointment was that when applying more than one coat of glue I washed the tool off with hot water, in which made the tool a little less even(warped). If the tool was made of plastic I would think it could cause the puzzle to tear. It is best to use the provided tool but try not to run water over it too long if you are going to use it again in the future. The bottle of glue did not have any directions on the tool other than to poor the glue in the middle of the puzzle and spread over evenly. The tool can be used multiple times. I did three glue applications to the puzzle, two on top and one on the bottom. I did use wax paper under the puzzle for the glue application. The directions state to use newspaper, but if the glue is to run off on the edge you risk the chance of the puzzle being stuck to the newspaper. Stick with the wax paper underneath and allow enough time for the puzzle to completely dry before applying another coat. The puzzle was very stiff from the product and is in excellent preservation condition. From an art teacher perspective this is an easy to use and easy to clean up product. I highly recommend it.
Customer Review: Puzzle glue
It will be a while before I use this, but it looks to be of good quality

Educational Toys Come Out from the Cold
My son Jack and I took some time out from playing with the educational toys he received for Christmas and went to a hockey game over the holidays. Like most 7 year olds, his favorite part is when the Zamboni comes out to clean the ice. We had seen this a thousand times so I was stymied when Jack said, “Why is there smoke coming out of the back?” It’s steam I told Jack, they use hot water because it freezes faster. I could see the wheels turning now and knew I was getting in over my head. “But ice is cold, shouldn’t they use cold water, Dad”. Well, there was only one period to go and a thousand questions, most of which I didn’t have the answers to, so I told Jack that when we got home we would do our own science experiment to see whether hot or cold water froze faster. To get the most out of this I thought we should treat it as a science project. I looked through some of the science toys Jack had and found a science kit that showed how to do some experiments. Jack and I made a plan and a list of all the things we’d need. We also searched the internet to see if there were any educational toys that might help us. We didn’t find any educational toys, but we did find some very interesting facts. It turns out there are at least 3 physical processes that would explain why hot water freezes faster. First, hot water contains less dissolved air, this is why fish can die in very warm water, a lack of oxygen. Liquids conduct heat much better than gas so hot water would cool much more rapidly. Secondly, in a pool of warm water, the water at the surface would be hotter than the water below, hot water rises. This would create a larger temperature difference with the air and cool the water faster. Third, the warm water would initially melt the ice on the ground, forming a better bond that would cool the water faster. This also prevents layers of ice from chipping away. So we filled up a jug with hot tap water and a second jug with cold water. We took 2 plastic cups and a short 2×4 outside. We filled each cup half full, the red one with hot water and the blue one with cold water and set them on the walk. Then we found a patch of ice on the driveway, laid the 2×4 in the center, and poured hot water on one side and cold water on the other side. It was 18 F so we went in to warm up. We came back out an hour later. The 2 cups were mostly water. The red one had some ice above the water line and the blue one had some ice on the outer edge of the water surface. On the driveway, both sides of the 2×4 had turned to ice. When we touched the ice we could see our fingerprint on the cold water side. The hot water side was frozen solid. We weren’t sure what we just proved but we rushed back inside, wrote down our observations, drew a few pictures and had some hot chocolate before bedtime. I knew Jack was going to be excited when he explained his science experiment to his class on Monday. So next time you see that steam rising behind the Zamboni you’ll know why. As for my backyard ice rink, if I can only wrap the garden hose around the barbeque …

Customer Review: I luv R2D2
I collect R2D2s, so had to have this one. Missed out when it made its way thru the stores, so was glad to still find it on line.
I have everything from salt and pepper shakers to 3D puzzles, but needed the potato head.
Would enjoy having all the potato head line, but time and expense prohibit that, so will settle for adding this one to my R2D2 collection.
Customer Review: Artoo Tater
Gave this as gifts for Christmas to my husband and his sister. We already had the darth tater and the storm trooper one.

10 ct. 2 oz. Bottles – Assorted Color Washable Kid’s Paint
The Crayola Kid’s Paint Jars includes 10 colors of washable paint in ten 2 oz. plastic jars, perfect for use with art easels. This is one of our best sellers. It is perfect for posters, school projects, signs and decorations. The colors are yellow, violet, red, orange, magenta, blue, green, white, brown and turquoise. These paints are recommended for children ages 4 and up.
Customer Review: Good stuff
This paint is thick. My grandson’s easel is next to a big white wall, and he’s slapping this paint onto the paper with his big paint brush. It doesn’t splatter. It washes right off his hands. If they have to paint, this is the paint to use.
Customer Review: Great With Melissa & Doug Easel , but Bottles are Very Small
I bought these paints for use with the Melissa & Doug Deluxe Standing Easel & Companion Supply Set Bundle. They work just fine with the Melissa and Doug paper rolls, and my only criticism is that these little bottles don’t last very long, or are at least not the ideal choice for a toddler who is using big brushes. Each little container might last at most three painting sessions, depending on if you use the paint “full strength” or watered down, and how much you pour into the plastic containers. Unless your child is using smaller brushes or you are unconcerned with how long the little bottles will last, I would recommend purchasing the much larger Blue Poster Paint Bottle and the other colors. These are also washable and 11.2 oz. each, whereas the Crayola paints are 2 oz. each.
