My husband and I bought this toy for our six year old nephew for Christmas. It was a big disappointment – a slinky is supposed to walk down stairs not roll over and crash down the stairs like this one does. I would not recommend buying this – there are much better toys out there that you can spend your money on. Go buy a traditional metal slinky.
Customer Review: Yeah, it’s noisy, but do the kids like it?
As a toy designer and a non-mother, I have to say pshaw! Noise and blinking lights are fun. This is hands down my favorite toy of the holiday season. Don’t let the boring photos on this sight fool you. This toy is a blast!!

On top of that, it is great for teaching eye/hand coordination.

I bought at Toysrus for only $ 69 is too expensive. This item should not cost more than $ 40. It 'very hard and tough. The head is attached with a magnet and makes a nice 360 degree rotation, which is nice and tight. It is not for everyone and will not play with anything. The figures are mounted on the stand and is designed for display. This is a fan and hazelnut SW Lego fan like me. My will as well, but only for display. Other than price, is an excellent point. I hopemake a Darth Vader shortly.
