Customer Review: Not junk, actually pretty sturdy and excellent value
Much better than the cheaper plastic ones, while head and foot boards are made of laminated pressed wood, are solid and heavy. I think what often happens is during shipping, the fancy metal “hinge” for lack of a better word, that connects head and foot boards to the side boards get bent inwards (from boxes being stacked, etc.). Had to use pliers to pry them out a little bit. Other than that, and one slat beam hole misdrilled, fit perfectly. Very sturdy and not rickety at all as other reviewer noted. Was impressed at number of slats included (8) and everything is screwed (not nailed) for durability.

My son is almost two and can put these puzzles together. It was challenging at first and when he finished the first dinosaur, it made a sound. Each time you complete the dinosaur it will sound off. It is a great reinforcer in learning problem solving and my son loves it.

Bought this for my 6 year old granddaughter and she loved it. It has a rubberized grip top which keeps her feet from slipping off. She has had hours of fun with it.

My six year old daughter was thrilled with her new skate board having a fun Barbie design, but was very disappointed when everything started to peel off when it got wet. We now have to buy her a new board or sand it and repaint it to pacify her. If you decide to buy, don’t let it get wet at all!

Back in 1978 when my son was 3yrs old, I had purchased a toy called speak and spell. It was the best toy I had ever purchased. When I saw the TALK’N LEARN keyboard I knew my granddaughter, who is going on 2, would have a wonderful time with it as she learned to talk. She plays with the phonics and can say a few words now. This is a wonderful toy for any toddler.

This phonics keyboard is about 12×14 inches. The musical keyboard sounds good enough for kids. When pressed, each letter says its name and phonic sound. It also teaches how to spell a word that begins with that sound. I bought this on sale for about $7.50. I am very pleased with it!

I am quite well-pleased with this counting jar. (I had it in mind to give to my granddaughter, but she’s too young yet.) But I’m thoroughly enjoying it! Besides the accurate sensing of the coin and accurate arithmetic, it keeps the coins all in one place and dust-free–no more scattered, fuzzy, cat-hair encusted gold doubloons for me! And it holds up to $[...]. I came to understand that the lid knows which denomination you’re putting in the slot because of the sliding armature (or whatever the terms is); i.e., the coin can only push the arm the length of its diameter. That’s about as technical as I can get. Enjoy!

Customer Review: Appropriately dressed Barbie – but no pony!
Nice to see Barbie dressed (mostly) for stable work. The cowboy boots are very cute. Barbie’s shirt is decorated with horses. However, this set does NOT come with the pony pictured. Sure, it comes with treats for the pony, but it does not actually have the pony in it. It appears the pony has been substituted for a yellow Labrador retriever. I love labs, but feeding a lab with the included carrots is a whole lot less fun than feeding a pony. If I wanted a lab for my daughter, I would have gotten her the Barbie + pooping lab + pooper scooper set – at least that is a conversation piece. So, now my daughter has Barbie + Stable but no pony. So, that’s pretty disappointing.
