Southern Cross 3 (SX3) Pre-Built EPP 3D Aerobatic RC Airplane Combo Incl Motor, ESC, RX, Servos, Li Polys & More Flying indoors has never been easier. This SX3 ships completely assembled the wing is mounted, servos are installed, control surfaces are hinged, and the linkages are complete. First, install the receiver, ESC, motor, and battery. Then go flying! Our Pre-Built SX3′s are made of the highest quality EPP foam. It is considerably lighter and more resistant to tearing than other EPP foams. You will feel the difference. This SX3 design is highly refined. It utilizes fiber tape where testing has shown it is needed; flat carbon fiber in the ailerons, horizontal stabilizer, elevator, and rudder; and a clear tape-sheeted fuselage crossmember. Internal access is a breeze. The bottom of the fuselage is held together with high-quality velcro from the rear of the wing through to the front of the fuselage. This allows unrestricted access to the motor, receiver and ESC. The top of the fuselage has a 5″ length of velcro to allow access to the aileron servo and. For long life, the fuselage is held to gether with extra tape where the velcro ends. The SX3 is designed to fly beautifully. It is stable in forward flight, and doesn’t all-too-readily fall into steep alpha flight like most flat foam airplanes. Extreme fuselage side and rudder area make the SX3 very comfortable in knife edge. Customer Review: Broken on Arrival; Crashed on First Try
The product was cracked on arrival…once patched, it was so badly manufactured that it fatally crashed on its first try and was a complete waste of effort…the only way this RC plane will fly is if you bring it on board and stow it in an overhead compartment…

Customer Review: Cheap for a reason….
Bought this knowing it was cheap and realizing the quality would be questionable. Was able to get it to fly by having one person to run to launch. That lasted 5 secs before it crashed and the wing broke. Can’t find replacement wings online yet…Good luck:).

I purchased this plane for my husband. The first controller for the plane was received broken. The second controller took 2-weeks to get to us. It was lost in Anaheim somewhere. The controller was received on 12/24 and today (12/26) I came home from work and my husband told me the plane does not work, he cannot get the plane to respond to the controller to do anything. This definately puts me off purchasing things on line.
