12 BladeRunner RC Helicopter Replacement Parts Kits – Rotor Blades, Shaft Spacer Sets, Tail Propellers 12 Replacement parts kits for the Blade Runner RC helicopters made by Interactive Toy Concepts. Included in each Bladerunner parts kit are a rotorset, a rotor drive shaft spacer set, and a tail rotor propeller. The rotors blades will fit the BladeRunner and BladeRunner2, but not the Bladerunner Search and Rescue, Firefly, or Micro Mosquito. It is good to keep few spare sets of Bladerunner rotors on hand as backups so you can keep flying, even after a crash. These Bladerunner repair kits include instructions on how to repair your damaged Bladerunner RC Heli. Each Bladerunner Parts Kit Includes: * 1 black upper Bladerunner rotor blade * 1 black lower Bladerunner rotor blade * 1 black Bladerunner tail propeller * 2 black Bladerunner rotor shaft spacers * 1 clear Bladerunner rubber retaining tube * Compatible with: Bladerunner & Bladerunner 2 rc helicopters How to Replace Your Bladerunner Rotor Blades: 1. The Bladerunner rotors are held in place by a short rubber tube at the very top of the main drive shaft. Remove this tube and the rotors will then slide off along with the two plastic spacers that keep the rotors separated. 2. When replacing the rotors, first slide on the lower rotor blade (the one with two notches in the bottom of the stem) 3. Slide on the two spacers 4. Slide on the upper rotor blade. The upper rotor is keyed to the D-shaped drive shaft and needs to be aligned in order to slide into place. This should not require much force to do when the parts are correctly oriented. 5. Finally attach the rubber retaining tube. Note: Not compatible with Bladerunner Search and Rescue, Firefly, or Micro Mosquito RC Helicopters.

Replacement Main Drive Gears for Firefly & Micro Mosquito RC Helicopters
Replacement Main Drive Gears for Firefly & Micro Mosquito RC Helicopters This is a replacement set of main gears for the Firefly or Micro Mosquito helicopter. Instructions for removal: 1. Remove the main rotors 2. Remove the two small motor gears (pinions) by prying them off with a small flat screwdriver, making note of which one goes on which side 3. Slide the old upper large main gear off of the shaft 4. Remove the C-clip that holds the old shaft in at the bottom by pulling the black plastic tab 5. Pull the shaft assembly up and out, or press it through from the bottom 6. Turn the shaft upside down and brace the tip on a hard surface 7. Pressing at the center, push the old lower large gear down the shaft, and remove it Installation instructions: 1. Slide the new lower main gear onto the shaft, aligning the “D” shaped hole with the “D” shaped top of the shaft 2. Brace the bottom of the shaft on a hard surface, and push the gear down until it almost touches the sleeve (there should be a room for the sleeve to move up and down a tiny bit, but not more than 1/32″) 3. The shaft can now be inserted into the body of the helicopter. 4. Clip the C-clip onto the bottom of the sleeve where it protrudes through the bottom of the helicopter 5. Slide the new upper large gear onto the shaft 6. Replace your pinion gears (the left pinion gear should mesh with the lower main gear, right pinion gear should mesh with the upper main gear) 7. Replace the rotors (lower rotor first with the notches down, meshing with the notches on the upper main gear, the spacers, the upper rotor, and the rubber capping tube)
