Customer Review: Great little, workable toy
This truck unit comes with several pieces of equipment that should keep a fire-fighting kid happy. It includes a hose, a removable saw and a trailer that can be detached. It reminds me more of a firefighting unit you might see in a rural area, rather than a city. If your child is small, he or she may have trouble attaching some of the small pieces to the trailer, or placing them in the hands of the fireman that comes with this. Overall, it’s a great little set.
But beware this unit will probably make your kid want more fire units. The new fire station out this year from Lego is a dandy, and this little unit will only add to the fun.

This was our 4 1/2 year old son’s Santa present this year, and he has been playing with it ever since he put it together. The instructions are quite clear for the vehicles and the buildings. My son was able to follow the directions and put everything together, with some help from my husband and me. Actually, I was really amazed at how motivated he was to put it together himself. It took a few days to get the whole station and both vehicles put together, but he kept at it. Now he is enjoying getting a chance to play with the set and it has provided many hours of imaginative play time. I really feel that this set is well worth the money.
