I ordered this table and was so excited about it because it was exactly what I needed. However it arrived badly damaged and I had to return it and wait for a new one, only to have that one arrive damaged as well, both due to poor packaging. I didn’t have the patience to deal with sending it back and waiting again so I just decided to “deal with it” the way it was, but I am very upset that I can’t have somthing in new condition that I purchased NEW.
Customer Review: Not bad, but not great
I ordered this table at what, at the time, I thought was a steal for $39.99 w/FREE shipping It is advertised as “sturdy wood construction”.

This was a gift for my one year old son’s first birthday. He played with it all day. He would remove a few parts every now and then. But now he is 1 1/2 and can play for hours. He has the Thomas the train DVD. We are going to buy the add on for his second birthday. We give it 5 stars!

My son received this as a gift and he LOVES the bumpy track. When setting up his Thomas tracks, the first thing he asks is, “Where will we put the bumpy track, Mama?” He loves driving the trains over it. Although it is certainly not a “must have” item, it is definitely a lot of fun. As always the Learning Curve Thomas tracks are extremely durable, so I’m sure they will last a very long time.

well made, durable toy is a personal favorite of my 2 year old train-obsessed son. All the engines in the wooden track line are quality products and I highly recommend them.

It is a great toy and we experienced a very good service. The only thing was that we wanted a wooden Fergus and we got a metallic ‘take along’ Fergus. So they told us to keep that one and we ordered a wooden Fergus somewhere else.

By looking the image, I expected a stunning work of art. When I recived it, I was bit disappointed to see that the finish is not that great. The pieces are not weighted and hence, I do not concider is a good playing board and pieces. However, it looks great on the wall.
