Jewelia was the first Fairytopia dolls to catch my eye, though yet the last one to be bought. I was won over by her transparent glowing body and found it quite original. She’s very special. I don’t usually buy dolls who smile openly, showing their teeth, but she’s one of few exeptions. I really like her hairstyle, that’s very cute, and the way her eyebrows color matches the colour of her hair. Though her hair had posed some kind of problem. On coming out of the box, it was too heavily gelled. Maybe, that’s good for children who make doll’s hair look messy very soon, but being an adult copllector, I prefer doll’s hair to be soft and pleasant to touch. So I had to comb it and wash it thoroughly. Now it’s OK.
I often face such problems with Barbies.
