Customer Review: Incredible! Wow is an understatement
Our son (5yrs 4mos) is a Lego, vehicle, and train enthusiast. This was the only thing he asked for Christmas. He put everything together himself with VERY little direction from Dad (4 cars he did completely by himself just from the pictorials!). It is lightning FAST, STURDY, and SMOOTH – above and beyond our wildest expectations (other vehicles cranes, loaders, etc were rather delicate more for admiring and not necessarily for playing – but this is made for a 5 year old to PLAY). The remote controller can operate up to 3 trains with one control. Christmas is now 5 days past and my son has only left this train long enough to eat and sleep LITERALLY and that is so unlike him. He is having a blast, and as parents we are marveled at watching his excitement, accomplishment and desire to be creative. This train was WORTH EVERY PENNY – You will not be disappointed! Of all the gadgets, toys and things we have gotten, I’ve not ever left a review – this I just couldn’t ignore – it really is that fantastic. We are looking at getting the Lego passenger train in the near future – it is that awesome. Best of luck.
Customer Review: Great incarnation of the Lego Train System
I have been collecting Lego trains for nearly thirty years now, and I have to say that this model holds the same magic that that original train thirty years ago held for me. There are certainly improvements in the system, and the way it is powered has changed somewhat, but it still has the same basics.
