Barbie – Dentist Barbie Doll & Kelly Patient w Real Sounds (1997) Dentist Barbie Doll is a 1997 Mattel production set. Barbie really talks to her little patient! Real brushing & gurgling water sounds! Included are 3 replaceable AG13 or LR44 button cell batteries (may not be functional due to age; no way to check due to box being new and sealed). Contents: Barbie Doll with long blond hair and blue eyes, and she wears a white lab coatdress with snap closures at top and 2 pockets on either side on the bottom. At the top there’s a blue tag on the coatdress with “Barbie DDS” printed on in black with white background and outlined in blue. Barbie also wears a blue scarf that fits into the neckline of the coatdress and blue button earrings and blue shoes. Kelly Doll has dark and brown eyes and wears a pink one piece pant outfit with blue, pink, yellow, green + white floral print. Kelly holds a yellow bear and sits in the pale gray color dentist chair with blue “pad” lining on the top of the reclining dentist chair. Also included in this set is a mirror, a tube of Crest toothpaste, a tray, a mouth rinsing Cup with water spritzer, a toothbrush, a Dental light, a Polisher, a Bib and a Face Mask as well as a cardboard Diploma and Cardboard Dental Charts and stickers and instructions. Barbie comes with everything she needs to take care of her little patient’s teeth! Dental Sounds and Barbie voice come from the Barbie Doll and NOT from the instruments. Dolls can not stand alone. All items included are doll sized and described to the best of my ability and may not be exact. Great Set to help teach children and to let them know what it’s like at the Dentist’s office.
