Barbie in The 12 Dancing Princesses: Princess Isla and Princess Hadley

41l8XkV0T L Barbie in The 12 Dancing Princesses: Princess Isla and Princess Hadley Barbie in The 12 Dancing Princesses: Princess Isla and Princess Hadley In the DVD release, Barbie in The Twelve Dancing Princesses, Barbie doll plays a special role as the seventh sister of twelve. Princess Isla and Princess Hadley are her younger twin sisters. They are dressed in lovely tutus with ornate bodices and dance together or individually. Each doll comes with a gem-inspired dancing stand, which girls push to spin the doll. The stands also snap together to allow the twin sisters to spin together. Dolls measure 12″.
Customer Review: Nice dolls to play with, ok on the stand, not as pretty as the other dolls.
My daughter received these from Santa this Christmas and loves them because they are part of the Twelve Dancing Princesses. At first we did not even use the stands because she also received the Carriage and most all of the other dolls. Now that she has used the stands it is an OK toy.

Barbie Fairytopia Magic of the Rainbow: Lumina

31rt98CVSLL Barbie Fairytopia Magic of the Rainbow: Lumina Barbie Fairytopia Magic of the Rainbow: Lumina Customer Review: Lovely Lumina
Lumina has the palest skin I’ve ever seen on a Barbie with shimmer (I suppose reminscent of the moon). Her blueness seems to be a hit with little girls. The hair is straight and less likely to get messy. My 4 year old calls these dolls “scary” but she’s much more interested in playing and looking at them than the traditional Barbie (of which she has only one). I think these dolls are just gorgeous with their larger face and fuller features, soft glitter and of course permanently painted on bodysuit.
Customer Review: DVD sounds a bit like an inconvenient truth but the doll is nice
the DVD sounds like it was based on the book by Al Gore, but as usual, the dolls are much better than the DVDs they are made to go with.this probably because the dolls are designed first. I dislike the molded bodices on the dolls but this does prevent wardrobe malfunctions. This particular fairy is very different, they use the new large head mold, and instead of an insipid pink ballet dress with butterfly wings, she is wearing a nice shade of blue and her wings are crescent shaped.
