Customer Review: Not what I expected
The main problem with this toy was that it arrived in such a crushed condition that I was unable to rehabilitate it. For the amount I paid for it, I was expecting better quality. I would not purchase this item again. Amazon did provide good customer service by offering several different options to resolve the problem. I opted for a 20% refund since I didn’t want to deal with shipping it back for a replacement.
