This set features Hermione(with switchable head), Ron(with switchable head), Harry(with switchable head and removeable flipers), and Krum(with shark head and hair). Ron and Hemione are atatched to pieces, and there is a hidden teeter-totter, so push a stick in, and they are forced upward. Push a stick out, and a lobsterflies out. Pull out a compartment, and ther are hidden knives. Lego always does a good job.

My son absolutely loved this toy. Unfortunatly, some of the pieces are very small and easily fall off the toy. After a short time period, too many pieces were missing. Because of this, my son hardly plays with the toy anymore.
