My son enjoys watching the dinosaur train, so we bought him 4 dino’s from Amazon. Tiny, Derek, Boris and buddy. All are very durable. Bought for Christmas, so not yet taken out of package but my husband and I played around with them and liked them. Really do talk to each other. Only educational thing about them is they say what kind of Dino they are. If your child likes dinos, this would be a hit.

I bought Derek for my son to go along with Buddy, Tank, and Boris. They are all so fun, however when you pair Derek with the other dinos they do not say “Hi Derek” they just say “Hi” and then there is a pause. It seems like there are bugs in the programing with Derek since the other 3 function well with each other. My son is only 2 so he does not realize that there is an issue, I just wish that Derek “played” as well as the others in this collection. I tried another Derek that a friend had and the same issues occurred.

Toy is made of sturdy plastic is interactive with other dinosaur interactive toys. They sing and talk to each other. It reminds me of my generation’s teddy ruxpin but way cooler.
