Emperor’s wraith Vader is a brilliant figure. First we get Vader with Luke’s face underneath the mask, now we get a skull. Oh, how Hasbro are spoiling us!!

Darth Vader has been sculpted really well. You can see his body suit is all roughed up, due to his duel with first Luke, and later, the Emperor.

The upper-half of his body is translucent, including his head. The outer cape is removable. For articulation, Vader has hips, waist(although you can hardly move the waist due to the inner cloak), shoulders, just below the right shoulder, right wrist, and neck. The right arm articulation gives Darth Vader a good number of poses to position him with his lightsaber.

Like in the film, you can take off Vader’s wrist to recreate the scene where Luke cuts of the hand with his lightsaber. Of course this is good, but I would’ve preferred it if there was some attachment you could add to the arm so it looked like it truly had been cut off, instead of just a hole.

Other features that Darth Vader includes, are, a glow-in-the-dark skull to recreate the scene where the Emperor sends lightning bolts to him, and when you hold his head up to a light, you get the back lighting effect where you can see the lightning bolts all around his head.

I GOT THIS STAR WARS FIGURE IN SEPTEMBER.WHEN I OPEN IT IT GOT NOTTING BUT A SAME LOOK AS THE OLD ACTION FIGURE. PS IF YOU ARE A STAR WARS FAN YOU GOT TO GET DARTH VADER AS A ACTION FIGURE.
